What I do at Holding Hands OpCo LLC

Corporate Operations Manager in charge of overseeing all administrative staff.

Who am I?

I began my career with the company as an Administrative Assistant, progressively growing both internally and externally to expand my skill set. Over time, I was promoted to Coordinator Assistant, and after a period of leave, I returned to the company as the Scheduling Manager. In that role, I initially oversaw the administrative and scheduling team at one of our locations, then had the opportunity to lead the project to open our fourth location in the Whittier area. I continued to train and develop all administrative staff coming in, ensuring they were well-prepared to meet the company's standards and contribute to a positive work environment. 

Following that, I transitioned into an HR role as the HR Coordinator, where I continued to expand my expertise in human resources. More recently, I was presented with the opportunity to further develop my HR skills elsewhere. However, I was invited back to Holding Hands as the Corporate Operations Manager, where I can apply everything I've learned and continue to drive operational success for the company.
